What this is: Each opportunity explains the key insight and/or problem with the current state, identifies possible opportunities and prioritises lines of enquiry and ‘How Might We’ design challenges to explore through innovation. The opportunity areas have been divided into 4 categories: Volunteering, Fundraising, Donating & Campaigning. 

How to use it: Opportunity areas can be used as the start-point for an innovation cycle or even as springboards for ideation within a cycle. Download the PDF and use these as stimulus to write a brief for an innovation cycle or as stimulus for creative sessions such as an ideas workshop.
